RPS Assistance... The professional staff at RPS will conduct in-house Cafeteria employee meetings at the client’s request. These 45 minute enrollment meetings focus on the specific provisions of the company’s Cafeteria plan, the benefits of paying expenses with pre-tax savings, and the various IRS rules that govern Cafeteria Plans.
