Cafeteria Help Center... Plan participants can call the RPS Cafeteria Help Center at (303) 369-7886 or (800) 651-4855 from 8am to 5pm MST and receive assistance from a Cafeteria Plan Specialist. These specialists will provide helpful information such as assisting participants in determining whether a particular expense is eligible for reimbursement, explaining the IRS rules governing Cafeteria Plans, or verifying the receipt and payment of past claims.

Automated Cafeteria Information... Plan participants can call the RPS automated Cafeteria voice response unit at (303) 369-7886 or (800) 651-4855, 24 hours a day, and receive up-to-date information on their Cafeteria account. Data such as the amount of their last reimbursement check and account balance are available by simply touch-toning their social security number.
Automatic Direct Deposit... Rather than printing and mailing a manual check, RPS can deposit the Cafeteria Reimbursement directly into a bank account specified by the plan participant.
Electronic Data Import...Clients can download all enrollment and contribution data to RPS in an ASCII format, thus avoiding the hassle of paper reports.
Timely, Predictable Reimbursements... The reimbursement schedule established for each RPS client is strictly followed. Therefore, the participants know with certainty the day that RPS will cut and mail their reimbursement checks.
FlexFax... Beginning in January of 1999, participants will be able to fax their reimbursement forms and receipts to RPS rather than mailing them. This advanced FlexFax system, developed specifically for RPS, scans the reimbursement form, verifies the participant’s mathematics, creates a data input record, and electronically archives the participant’s form for future retrieval. Every reimbursement form, whether it is faxed or mailed, is reviewed by the RPS staff.
